I was there on 5/18 Don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be acknowledged because the customer service was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The young girl at the register barely looked at me, spoke so quietly that it was difficult to understand her, and made no effort to engage in even basic customer service. After ordering my smoothie, I waited patiently until I heard another customer call out that they had been given the wrong drink — which turned out to be mine. The customer brought it back after already walking away with it and placing a straw in it, then set it back on the counter. To my surprise, the staff seemed to expect me to simply take it. I politely asked for a new drink to be made, which should have been an obvious and reasonable request. A tall older gentleman, who appeared to be the manager, barely acknowledged me. No one apologized or reassured me with something as simple as, “Of course, we’ll make you a new one.” Instead, there was silence, and I was made to feel like I was being difficult for not wanting a drink that had already been handled by another customer. Had an awesome experience at Pure Green today. The smoothies were fresh, everything was super clean, and the service honestly made the visit stand out. Camila was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. She had great energy, gave solid recommendations, and made the whole experience feel personal without being over the top. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it definitely made me want to come back. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Micheal was so friendly and down to earth! He kept us engaged while Aerie made our açaí bowls. He gave us some free smoothie samples which were so good, we decided we were going to come back later to get some! It was interesting to learn about the history of the company and how it’s been backed my scientists and athletes. On top of that the smoothies and açaí bowls were so good! So glad we stopped in!

Great spot for the whole family! Michael greeted us and helped us pick out a variety of items from shots to smoothies and avocado toast, açaí bowls and oatmeal. Everything was delicious and the music was great too. Definitely coming back.

I just visited Pure Green Mercato for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in I was quickly greeted and offered help to see if I had any questions about their product. I mentioned I didn’t need any help and they left me alone, which I really appreciated. I checked their awesome juice selection for a few minutes and got a couple juices for my wife and I. The juices were delicious and tested fresh and healthy. Their bowls, smoothies and food selection also seem great. I haven’t tried all of it yet, but it’s all the good healthy stuff and care about. Everyone in there was all smiles and very helpful. Their prices are very fair and comparable to other similar places in town. Mercato was definitely missing a place like this and I’m glad they are now there. I’d definitely recommend this place and they will be seeing a lot more of me around. Thanks guys!
